The above website is used for patients to access the Patient Online Services.

Patient online services allows our patients to access:

To sign up to using the Patient Online services you will need to attend the practice in person with a form of photo identification. Photo identification is required for use of this service due to confidentiality reasons and we cannot grant you access without it.

Booking appointments online

By signing up to this service you can book an appointment to see any of our GP's. Appointments are available online for booking up to 3 months in advance. We would like to reiterate these will be for ROUTINE appointments. Urgent appointments can only be made by calling the surgery on 0161 736 1166.

You can also cancel outstanding appopintments using the Patient Online Services up to 24 hours in advance. If cancelling within 24 hours you will need to contact us on 0161 736 1166 and let one of the reception team know.

Ordering prescriptions online

By signing up to this service you can order all of your repeat & acute medications. Medication that you take all the time is usually called a "repeat" and as such when you log into the system these items will appear in a list for you to tick the requested items and send this through to us. If you take a medication which does not appear in the list there is a free text box for you to request your medicaiton. The free text box can also be used for any message that you want passing to the doctor or to leave a reason why you are ordering your medication early (such as going on holiday)

Please be aware access to viewing your medical records is not automatically granted.
